I believe in emotional design—being able to sense the right emotions and carry them through the entire experience, from concept to final UI. We’ve all learned how to create clean, structured layouts; the next step is bringing them to life.

I’m comfortable leading a small team. I enjoy working hands-on and laying the foundation early, while also breaking the work into clear tasks, delegating effectively, and maintaining quality through thoughtful oversight.

I proactively set expectations for everyone involved so the team is aligned on what success looks like, what each person is responsible for, and what they can expect in return.
